September 27, 2017. To whom it may concern: We want to tell you how grateful we are for Manjit Singh’s help in the sale of our home in September 2017. From the first meeting, Manjit was extremely polite and considerate. He appreciated that we are both seniors and are not in the best of health. He gave advice on simple ways that we could make our home more attractive to potential buyers before we listed our home for sale. He used comparables to advise us on what fair market value of our home is and helped us to come up with a realistic listing price. Manjit arranged viewings of our home directly with other agents and was present at all viewings to answer questions from potential buyers. Most importantly, Manjit understood that as seniors we are unable to accommodate last minute appointments; he made arrangements for the other realtors to come in groups to view the house during day and early evening. He explained to us that this is what fair market value was for the home and when we received offers from buyers, he advised us that some of the offers that were unreasonable and unrealistic (e.g., too low), and helped us to select a buyer from two comparable offers that were at asking price. He goes out of his way to help his clients, suggesting a notary to help us finalize the sale of our home. Neither of us can drive, and Manjit generously offered to drive us to the notary’s office.
